Being responsible for the full lifecycle management of technical projects from concept to mass production. Adopt efficient strategies and innovative methods to ensure the smooth implementation of products and create significant value for the company. Playing an important role during the coordination with global RD centers and product managers. Actively promote the optimization and integration of technology and resources, as well as the control of risks, and help promote the company's products in the international market.

工作职责:
1.Dive in the preliminary market research, accurately grasp market dynamics and customer needs, and work with development team members to formulate comprehensive and detailed project plans.

2.Participate in product launch activities and develop detailed release plans and promotion strategies.

3.Collaborate with marketing to establish a rapid-response mechanism for addressing customer technical issues.

4.Track development and testing cycles; manage design documents, technical solutions, and defect investigations to ensure complete project documentation.

5.Interface with global R&D centers and product managers to align on project progress, technical challenges, and resource requirements.

岗位要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields, fluent in written and spoken English.
1.工科相关领域本科及以上学历，英语听说读写流利。
2.2+ years of technical project/product management experience, with hands-on leadership in machine vision product development; familiar with project workflows and key stages, capable of independently addressing project challenges.
2.2年以上技术项目管理或产品管理经验，在机器视觉相关产品开发项目中有主导经验，熟悉项目开发流程和关键环节，能够独立应对项目中的各种挑战。
3.Proactive attitude and strong learning agility. Being able to quickly master new knowledge and skills while adapting to evolving market and technology trends.
