JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Support stakeholders including category managers and fields operation sourcing required chemical in China. Routine activities include RFQ/RFP, PO fulfillment follow-up, supplier performance monitoring.

2. Communicate with stakeholders align sourcing strategy and discriminate potential sourcing opportunities by data analysis and market intelligence investigation.

3. Build effective work relationship with customers & strategic suppliers to ensure alignment of business objectives and obtain customer/critical supplier’s support.

4. Lead cross functional team (Sourcing/Quality/Technology/Procurement) in sourcing project execution to ensure timelines & deliverables are met; facilitate supplier evaluation and assessment from safety, quality, capacity and delivery capability perspective.

5. Create and maintain required documentation for all sourcing projects including project presentations to key stakeholders.

6. Leads and coordinates process improvement initiatives focused on the sourcing processes and systems and supply base CI.
