ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 1.主导无菌工艺路线规划、PFD/P&ID 绘制及工艺参数计算，重点优化热交换效率与无菌保障体系，精准完成无菌系统物料平衡、热量平衡及 CIP/SIP 工艺计算；
Lead the planning of sterile process routes, drawing of PFD/P&ID and calculation of process parameters, focusing on optimizing heat exchange efficiency and sterile assurance system，accurately conduct material balance, heat balance and CIP/SIP process calculations for sterile systems;
2.负责乳品无菌加工设备（板式换热器、无菌罐、无菌输送系统）选型、工艺数据表编制及技术协议拟定；
Responsible for the selection of dairy sterile processing equipment (plate heat exchanger, sterile tank, sterile conveying system), compilation of process data sheets and formulation of technical agreements;
3.主导现有乳品生产线工艺升级项目，通过工艺改进、设备改造提升生产线产能与产品合格率；
Lead the process upgrade projects of existing dairy production lines, improve production line capacity and product qualification rate through process improvement and equipment transformation;
4.参与项目前期调研，编制技术方案、可行性研究报告及报价文件，支撑市场拓展；
Participate in preliminary project research, compile technical proposals, feasibility studies, and quotation documents to support market expansion;
5. 跨团队协同机械、电气、自控等团队，提供工艺技术支持，保障项目设计一体化推进；
Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and automation teams, providing process technical support to ensure integrated project design progress;
6. 主导或参与专业标准化文件、设计流程的修订与完善，推动工艺设计规范化发展；
Lead or participate in the revision and improvement of professional standardization documents and design processes, promoting the standardization of process design;
7. 负责工艺团队日常工作统筹、任务分配及绩效跟进，指导初级工程师开展设计工作，营造高效协作的团队氛围；
Responsible for daily work coordination, task allocation and performance follow-up of the process team, guide junior engineers in design work, creating an efficient collaborative team atmosphere;
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• 化学工程、食品科学与工程、生物工程等相关专业本科及以上学历; Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Engineering, Bioengineering or related majors;
• 5 年以上乳品行业无菌工艺设计或生产线优化经验；
5 years of experience in sterile process design or production line optimization in dairy industry;
• 精通 液体奶、酸奶、等乳制品工艺原理，具备独立设计与优化无菌生产线的实操能力；
Proficient in core sterile process principles such as UHT sterilization and aseptic filling, with practical ability to independently design and optimize sterile production lines;
• 熟练使用 AutoCAD P&ID绘制 PFD/P&ID，掌握 Aspen Plus 或相关工艺模拟软件，具备 CIP/SIP 工艺计算能力；
Proficiency in drawing PFD/P&ID with AutoCAD, mastering Aspen Plus or related process simulation software, and having CIP/SIP process calculation ability;
• 英语听说读写流利，能独立完成英文技术文档编制、国际团队协作及客户技术沟通；
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of independently compiling English technical documents, collaborating with international teams and communicating with customers technically;
• 具备较强的问题解决能力、成本意识及安全合规意识，能适应项目现场出差需求。
Strong problem-solving ability, cost awareness, and safety compliance awareness, able to adapt to project site business trips.
