2026 Technology and Analytics Management Trainee Program
Technology and Analytics Management Trainee program is designed with the aim to attract and develop young graduates with high technical potential and outstanding learning agility to be our future technical leaders.

Talents in our TMT Program will have ample opportunities to experience and witness the digital transformation journey at Budweiser China by applying leading technology and analytics to engage our business partners and consumers, transform the business operation model, re-design E2E architecture and platform from Commercial, Procurement, Supply to Logistics.

Role Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious, open-minded, hands-on individual to join our Back Office Operations team: Budweiser Capability Center (BCC) in Asia Pacific. This role is perfect for someone eager to roll up their sleeves, learn how a large operation runs from the inside out, and lead on innovative projects that drive value and impact for Budweiser Asia Pacific.

You’ll gain exposure across multiple functions — Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Commercial, Technology & Analytics across Asia Pacific — and play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and improve workflows to make operations faster and more accurate.
• Support day-to-day back-office processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Logistics, Data, etc.) to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and prepare reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Contribute ideas to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as the business grows.

• Technical background and experience in AI is a plus.
• Master/Bachelor graduates before July 2026 or have less than two-year full-time work experience
• Legally authorized to work in China
• Willing and able to travel and mobile as needed for the role
