负责高压电池领域所有FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）及FTA（故障树分析）相关工作。

Responsible
for all FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis)
related topics in the HV (High Voltage) Battery domain.

完成FMEA初始内容填写，并执行最终文档内容审核。

Prepare
initial FMEA entries and conduct final content reviews of FMEA documents.

与跨职能 stakeholders 协作，对齐FMEA（设计/过程FMEA）输入要求。

Collaborate
with cross-functional stakeholders to align on FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA) inputs.

为所有项目编制完整的FMEA文档。

Compile
complete FMEA documentation for all projects.

准备各类汇报材料及跟踪清单。

Prepare
various presentations and tracking lists.

协助完成FMEA流程相关的其他行政工作。

Assist with
other administrative tasks related to FMEA processes.

Profile/任职要求

The candidate will
possess the following qualifications:

候选人应具备已下资质：

1. 精通FMEA方法论（包括DFMEA与PFMEA）。

Profound knowledge of FMEA methodology (including DFMEA and PFMEA).

2. 具备汽车行业和/或高压电池行业知识（必备）。

Experience or knowledge of the automotive and/or HV battery industry is
required.

3. 有高压电池系统结构设计及FMEA实施经验。

Hands-on experience with system structure design and FMEA implementation
in HV Battery systems.

4. 工作积极主动、灵活性强，能在压力下完成任务。

Highly motivated, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.

5. 优秀的英语沟通能力（书面+口头）。

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

6. 优秀的中文沟通能力（书面+口头）。

Excellent Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal).
