主要职责
.开发与维护数据自动化：替代手动Excel处理流程，确保数据更新的及时性与准确性；
.数据收集与质量管控：数据整合并优化数据，保障数据质量以支撑深度分析；
.构建内部数据工具与数据仪表盘：为研究员提供自助式数据可视化及自动报告生成能力；
.实现定量分析：运用统计技术与机器学习方法对宏观/金融等数据进行分析，辅助决策制定。

教育背景/经验/技能要求
.学历要求：计算机科学、数据科学、金融工程或相关专业在读研究生；
.技能要求：
.精通编程语言（Python、SQL或相关编程语言）
.Excel（精通）
.了解Amazon Web Services：S3&Redshift
.Tableau
.加分项：AI工具的高级应用能力
.语言要求：通过大学英语六级（CET-6）或具备同等英语能力。

Purpose of job
Automate data workflows and leverage quantitative analysis to support the research team.

Main duties and responsibilities
.Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to replace manual Excel processes, ensuring data timeliness and accuracy.
.Gather and refine data from diverse sources, maintaining its quality for meaningful analysis.
.Build internal data tools and dashboards, enabling self-service data visualization and reports drafting for researchers.
.Perform quantitative analysis on market data to employ statistical techniques and machine learning for decision-making.

Education/experience/ technical skills required
.Current graduate student in Computer Science, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field;
.Required to be proficient in
.Programming languages (Python, SQL, or related)
.Excel (Expert-level)
.AWS services: S3 and Redshift
.Tableau
.Bonus: Advanced usage of AI tools
.Pass the CET-6 or equivalent English ability test
