职位描述
工作职责:
1、区域专员是在项目经理的监督和支持下全面负责办公室的运营管理。
Location Officer is the person who is fully responsible for the assigned offices operation management on site, by monitoring and support from Site Manager.
2、办公室日常运营及软服务管理,包括保洁、安保、绿植等。
Office operation with soft service management including cleaning, security, greenery etc
3、库存管理
Storage management.
4、处理内部客户的需求,包括大楼门禁卡、家具及钥匙。
Handel the request from internal customer including building access card, furniture and key.
5、费用支付事务,包括对于现场办公室的租金、管理费、保洁、安保等。 总体信息管理,例如预算相关信息、租赁和空间相关信息、运营和维护相关信息等。
Payment issue including rental, management fee, cleaning, security for site offices etc.
General information management such as budget related info, lease and space related info, operation and maintenance related info etc.
6、办公室装修项目及选址支持。
Office fit-out project and site selection project support. Coordination of local public requirement related activities
7、协调当地的公共事务。
Other tasks may be assigned as business required
资格要求:
1、跨国企业房地产行业或行政岗位至少2年的工作经验
At least 2 years’ experience in MNC (multinational companies) cooperate real estate industry.
2、良好的服务态度,以客户为中心
Good service attitude and customer focus.
3、熟悉当地服务供应商
Familiar with local service provider.
4、***具备项目管理经验
PM experience is preferred.
5、商务英语技能
Business English skill.
6、良好的MS办公软件操作技能(Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word)
Good MS office skill (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word).
7、性格外向,具备较强的沟通协调能力和多任务处理能力,以处理商务团队、运营团队及现场租户的内部关系
Outgoing personality, good coordination skill and multitasking ability to deal with internal collaboration with commercial team, operational team, local tenants etc.
