我们正在寻找一位积极主动、细致认真的机械设计工程师（初级）加入我们的团队。理想的候选人应来自材料工程、机械工程或相关理工科专业，并具备扎实的三维建模能力。本岗位欢迎应届毕业生或1–3年经验的候选人，适合希望在国际化环境中成长的技术人才。
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with solid skills in 3D CAD modeling. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome.
主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
使用 SolidWorks / Creo / UG / CATIA 等软件进行3D建模及2D工程图绘制；
Create and update 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, UG, CATIA, etc.).
参与产品零部件设计、结构优化和技术文档整理；
Support part design, structural optimization, and documentation.
协助进行材料与结构分析，参与样品验证；
Assist in basic material/structure analysis and prototype evaluation.
与生产、质量、采购等团队进行沟通，确保设计可制造性；
Communicate with Production, Quality, and Procurement to ensure manufacturability.
参与新产品开发与持续改进项目；
Participate in new product development and continuous improvement.
按照公司及国际标准维护技术文件与记录。
Maintain technical files and documentation according to internal and international standards.
岗位要求 / Qualifications
本科及以上学历，材料工程、机械工程、机电等相关专业；材料类专业优先；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Materials background preferred.
熟练掌握至少一种三维绘图软件（SolidWorks、Creo、UG、CATIA等）；
Proficiency in at least one major 3D CAD tool.
具备基础材料学知识，对金属、陶瓷、复合材料或铸造工艺有了解者优先；
Basic understanding of materials science (metals, ceramics, composites, or foundry processes is a plus).
熟悉机械设计原理及工程制图规范；
Familiarity with mechanical design principles and drawing standards.
工作认真细致、学习能力强、善于沟通；
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
接受应届毕业生或0–3年经验的候选人。
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
加分项 / Preferred Skills
有铸造、耐火材料、金属件、过滤片、冒口或相关行业经验；
Experience in foundry, refractory materials, metal parts, filters, risers, or related industries.
熟悉加工、铸造等工艺；
Knowledge of machining, or casting processes.
能阅读英文技术文档；
Ability to read English technical documents.
具备基本项目协调或跨部门沟通能力。
Basic project coordination skills.
