POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述

Maintain all assembly shop’s equipment including both hardware and software, and other relevant work, ensure all of equipment normal running. Promote continuous improvement of equipment

完成装配车间生产设备的维护保养及相关工作包括软件与硬件，确保设备设施正常运行，推进设备的持续改善

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

1.Making PM plan and daily follow up, maintain production equipment of assembly shop according to PM plan;

制定设备保养计划，按照保养计划对组装车间设备设施实施维护、保养；

2. Design and update maintenance related standard documents and forms, including equipment information form, equipment PM, AM documents, maintenance record form, equipment record form and etc.;

负责制作和更新设备维护相关标准化文件和表格，包括设备履历表、设备保养文件、设备自主维护文件、维修记录表、设备台账等；

3.Responsiblefor managing spare parts, including make detail list, manage spare parts store,record use list, apply for purchasing requisition and etc.;

负责生产设备备品备件的管理，包括清单建立、备件库房管理、领用记录账目管理、采购申请等；

4.Responsible for managing maintain tools, including make detail list and use record,maintenance and retirement management and apply for purchasing requisition;

负责维修工具的管理，包括清单建立、账目管理、使用管理，维修及报废管理，采购申请等；

5.Responsible for emergency maintenance of all production equipment shut down issue or equipment related quality issue;

负责生产设施设备故障和设备原因造成的质量问题的紧急处理和解决；

6.Ensure the intact and effectively of security device of production equipment， LOTO implementation and improvement, TPM implementation and improvement, and in charge of ensuring the security in process of equipment maintenance;

保障生产设备安全装置的完好有效, 挂牌上锁流程的实施和改善，TPM 活动的实施和改善，并负责确保设备维修中的安全；

7.Other jobs assigned by superior.

完成其他领导交办的工作。

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechatronics or industrial automation is preferred;

本科及以上学历，机电一体化或工业自动化专业最佳；

2.Min.3 years maintenance working experience for production equipment;

具有3年以上生产设施设备维护及维修工作经验；

3.Familiar with PLC program, VB and other language programming,could do analysis and modification independent, familiar with test program, analysis and modification;

熟悉PLC 编程，熟悉VB等语言编程，能独立完成程序分析修改，熟悉测试设备程序编制和修改；

4.High level computer skill, master of using OFFICE software;

具有较高的电脑操作水平，熟练操作Office办公软件；

5.High level ability to make PPT report and make presentation;

具有专业的制作PPT报告并能够演讲展示的能力；

6.Hard work spirit, could working under pressure;

吃苦耐劳，能够适应工作压力；

7.CET-4 and above, English communication skill.

大学英语四级以上，具备英文沟通能力。
