1. 了解掌握公司生产工艺流程以便为成本计算搜集合适的基础信息。Learning and understanding the production process for the collection of basic information on cost calculation

2. 了解掌握公司的成本核算体系。Learning and mastering the cost calculation system.

3. 负责公司月度费用核算和分配,有效地与相关部门沟通以完成月度成本结账。Be responsible for the monthly expense booking, checking and allocation, communicating with the related person in different departments effectively to make the monthly costing closing smoothly.

4. 负责各类成本、费用报告的制作。Preparing all kinds of cost reports and other related analysis reports if needed.

5. 协助各业务部门完成月度业绩报告(NQC,Purchase dashboard)。Support Business partner to complete industry performance report and purchase dashboard.

6. 协助供应链做好存货管理，准备月度帐龄报告。Be contributed to stock management and physical taking together with SCM department.

7. 月度固定资产投资项目跟踪Monthly investment projects management and follow up。

8. 负责固定资产流程实物管理，如审核报废申请，组织固定资产年度盘点、必要时及时同时通知SSC变更信息。Be responsible of fixed asset physical management, e.g. check scrap request, coordinate physical inventory annually, and inform SSC to update fixed asset master data as necessary.

9. 定期回顾并更新固定资产基本流程。Review fixed asset management process yearly and update as necessary.

10. 熟练使用SAP-CO\ PM\IM-PS模块，确保报告数据的准确、及时。Familiar with SAP-CO\PM\IM-PS model, make sure inventory, capex, expense have no big deviation.

11. 与主管一起优化相关SAP模块以满足相关成本控制要求。Improving and optimizing related modules together with superior to meet the further controlling requirements.

12. 协助完成年度内部、外部审计，提供审计师所需固定资产、收入成本分析资料。Prepare annual internal/external audit on fixed asset movement, sales revenue & cost data.

要求：

1.教育背景Education: 本科及以上学历bachelor or above

2.工作经验Experience: 3年以上成本工作经验More than 3 years costing related working experience

3.技术技能Technique:

◆精通国家财税法律规范、财务核算、财务管理、财务分析、财务预测等财务制度和业务familiar with laws ®ulations in accounting and taxation area, financial systems and businesses like financial calculation, financial management, financial analysis, forecasting and so on .

◆熟悉国家会计法规及国际会计准则及税务法规和相关税收政策familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS as well as tax affairs laws and regulations and related tax policy.

◆精通EXCEL其相关功能及函数Mastering the related functions & formulars of Excel.

◆有成本核算技巧familiar with the costing calculation skills；

4.外语要求Foreign language：

◆较好的英语听说读写能力Good at Englsih listening ,speaking, reading and writing,etc

5.能力要求Ability:

◆具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神has good communication and coordination skills and cooperation spirit.

6.培训及证书Training& certification:

◆受过管理学、经济法、公司产品知识等方面的培训Has received the management science, the economic rules and regulations, company product knowledge training.
