基本职责Essentia

1.依据现有资料建立PQF热区和下游工厂设备信息资料；Establish PQF hot zone and downstream plant equipment information based on existing data

2.PQF热区机器和设备发生任何变化或是有其它信息时，更新设备文档；-Update equipment documentation when PQF hot zone machines and equipment change or have other information;

3.PQF热区和下游工厂新设备或设备新功能的设计和实施后，收集或创建设备文档；;-Collect or create equipment documents after the design and implementation of new equipment or new functions in PQF hot zone;

4.与生产和质量部门一起开发技术解决方案，改进PQF、下游工厂机器和设备；-Work with production and quality department to develop technical solutions and improve PQF, downstream plant machinery and equipment;

5.对负责项目进行控制监督计划执行、监控质量过程、收尾过程并进行人员相关培训；Control and supervise the implementation of the plan, monitor the quality process and the closing process of the project, and train the relevant personnel;

6.参加上游工厂大型抢修项目，如：限动齿条、穿孔机减速机、穿孔机主电机、轧机减速机、管排锯维修；-Participate in large-scale repair projects of upstream factory,such as: limited rack, reducer of piercer, main motor of piercer, reducer of

rolling mill, MFL saw maintenance;

7. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。Finish other work assigned by superior.

环境安全职责Environmental & Safety

- 积极参加公司组织的安全学习和活动Participant the safety study and safety
activities which organized by the company

- 遵守瓦卢瑞克的安全环境规则Follow the safety and environmental rules
of Vallourec

- 积极促进本部门的安全状况的提高与改善Play an active role in improving the
safety situation in your department.

- 在工作中遵守5S规则Follow the 5S rules

- 根据工作分工，承担自身的安全职责 As per individual work, undertake the
personal safety essentials
