Position Summary:
Manage the die-casting division to meet its targets through comprehensive operational oversight.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all operational aspects: production, engineering, quality control, and more.
• Ensure strict adherence to international quality and safety standards.
• Develop and retain technical skills among staff to support business growth.
• Implement continuous improvements using Gemba Kaizen to achieve world-class standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering/Manufacturing or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing.
• Expertise in high-volume operations and die-casting, including tool design.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Gemba Kaizen, 6 Sigma, and quality tools (5Why, fish-bone, 8D).
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
