 Monitor DBS technicians to track internal and external systems and customer audit issues to ensure that
issues are effectively closed

 Implement internal process audits as required, complete audit reports and issue tracking closures;

 Monitor quality cost and failure cost targets

 Instruct PPI audit technicians to complete staff audits on time and on time

 Develop a management quality patrol plan and track down issues

incoming inspection control 来料检验控制
 Instruct incoming inspection engineers to plan and optimize incoming inspection processes and work
methods and internal supplier management;

 Guide and monitor supplier quality issues and cost recovery
指导并监控供应商质量问题的解决及成本恢复
cutting / crimping quality control 下料/压接质量控制
 Instruct the blanking/crimping quality engineer to properly handle internal/external quality issues and quality
control activities of the manufacturing process, develop corrective actions, monitor and track, and verify the
effectiveness of the measures. 指导下料/压接质量工程师正确处理内部/外部质量问题和制造过程的质量控制活动，制定整改措施，
监督及跟踪、验证措施的有效性。
 Instruct engineers to drive and participate in quality improvement activities, continually optimize existing
processes, improve quality workforce efficiency and reduce quality costs. Achieve regional quality goals
指导工程师推动并参与质量改进活动、不断优化现有流程，提高质量人员工作效率并降低质量成本, 实现区域质量目标。
 The right to stop production when there is a deviation from the quality requirements & violation of the
quality system during the production process;
在生产过程上发现有偏离质量要求&违反质量体系情况时, 有权停止生产。
Team capacity improvement 团队能力提升
 Regularly organize training and conduct assessments to improve staffing capabilities;
定期组织培训并进行考核等，提高人员能力；
Basic qualifications 基本条件
• Bachelor degree and above, fluent English skill of both spoken and written;
本科学历或以上, 流利的英文听说读写；
• 5 years related work experience, 5 年以上相关工作经验，
• understanding of the automotive process approach for auditing, including risk-based thinking;
了解汽车审核过程方法，包括基于风险的思维；
• understanding of applicable customer-specific requirements;
了解适用的顾客特定要求；
• understanding of applicable ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements related to the scope of the audit;

• understanding of applicable core tool requirements related to the scope of the audit;

• understanding of the relevant manufacturing process(es)to be audited, including process risk analysis (such as

• Be able to direct quality engineers/technicians/inspectors to do daily quality activity accurately, strong capability
of communication and coordinate ability;
