1. Be responsible for development and maintenance of accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

2. Be responsible for a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation ,financial reporting, audit（year/half year), cash flow, APAR preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities .

3. Be responsible for a stable, consistent and accurate accounting data flow with the parent company In Italy.

4. Create and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.

5. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, and year end close.

6. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

7. Review intercompany billings to parent company, including the follow up of payment.

8. Prepare company tax reconciliation and other government forms requested.

9. Be responsible for external coordination works with Tax Bureau, Foreign exchange Bureau.

10. Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
