Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Core DBA Operations
核心数据库管理操作
1) Install, configure, and maintain MySQL/Postgres across dev/qual/prod Environments.
在开发/测试/生产环境中安装、配置和维护MySQL/Postgres数据库；
2) Monitor health and performance, perform backup/restore, disaster recovery tests, and capacity planning.
监控运行状况和性能；执行备份/恢复、灾难恢复测试和容量规划；
3) Implement indexing, partitioning, and query optimization to meet SLA/throughput targets.
通过索引、分区和查询优化确保满足SLA/吞吐量目标的达成。
2. Schema & Data Management
模式与数据管理
1) Design and maintain normalized schemas for process, QC, BR, EM, and audit trail data.
为流程、QC、BR、EM和审计跟踪数据设计和维护规范化模式；
2) Enforce constraints, keys, and data integrity checks; Manage migrations and versioning.
强制执行约束、键和数据完整性检查；管理迁移和版本控制；
3) Support data loads, ETL staging, and environment promotions (dev → qual → prod) with clear documentation.
支持数据加载、ETL暂存和环境升级（开发 → 测试 → 生产），并提供清晰的技术文档。
3. Security & Compliance
安全与合规
1) Implement roles/privileges (least privilege), LDAP integration, and credential rotation.
实施角色/权限（最小权限）、LDAP集成和凭证轮换机制；
2) Maintain audit trails and CRUD event logging aligned to GxP expectations and OpSec best practices.
维护审计跟踪记录和创建、读取、更新、CRUD事件日志，并确保其符合GxP要求与OpSec实践；
3) Support evidence collection for audits/inspections, keep permission hygiene and access reviews current.
支持审计/检查所需要的相关证据收集；保持权限管理规范，并及时开展访问权限审查。
4. CSV/GAMP Support
CSV/GAMP支持
1) Contribute to URS/FS/DS inputs for database components and data flows.
为数据库组件和数据流贡献URS/FS/DS输入；
2) Execute/document IQ/OQ/PQ steps for DB changes, follow change control and SOPs.
执行/记录数据库变更的IQ/OQ/PQ步骤；遵循变更控制和标准操作程序；
3) Maintain traceability of requirements to tests for regulated releases.
维护受监管发布的需求到测试的可追溯性。
5. Operations Support & Collaboration
运营支持与协作
1) Troubleshoot locks, slow queries, failed jobs, and replication issues,
participate in on-call rotation.
故障排除锁定、慢查询、失败作业和复制问题；参与值班轮换；
2) Partner with ETL developers, analysts, QA/QC, Manufacturing, and IT Infra to ensure reliable data availability.
与ETL开发人员、分析师、QA/QC、制造和IT基础设施部门合作，确保可靠的数据可用性；
3) Document runbooks, SOPs, and configuration baselines.
记录操作手册、标准操作程序和配置基线。
Qualification 任职资格：
1. BS in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences (with applicable experience) or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
信息技术（IT）、计算机科学、信息系统、生命科学（需具备相关实践经验）或相关领域学士学位，或具备同等水平的实操经验。
2. 1–3+ years as a DBA or data engineer with strong SQL and relational schema design.
1-3年以上DBA或数据工程师经验，具备扎实的SQL和关系模式设计能力。
3. Familiarity with Linux administration and shell scripting basics.
熟悉Linux管理和shell脚本基础；
4. Hands-on experience with backups/restores, monitoring and performance tuning (MySQL and/or Postgres).
具备备份/恢复、监控和性能调优（MySQL/Postgres）的实际操作经验；
5. Exposure to GMP environments, CSV/GAMP 5 concepts and change control workflows.
6. 接触GMP环境、CSV/GAMP 5概念以及变更控制工作流程。
7. Experience designing audit trails and secure CRUD patterns in regulated or enterprise systems.
在受监管或企业系统中设计审计跟踪和安全CRUD模式经验；
8. Basic Python for admin scripting and ETL support; familiarity with common ETL tools/pipelines.
基本的Python用于管理脚本编写和ETL支持；熟悉常见的ETL工具/管道；
9. Understanding of data lineage, cataloging, and interest in vector/RAG patterns.
理解数据血统、编目以及对向量/RAG模式感兴趣；
10. Strong interest in growing into Applied Agentic AI within a regulated data ecosystem.

11. Basic English listening skills for technical discussions.
