Responsibilities | 岗位职责：
- Lead communication and coordination between US-based AI team and Suzhou-based internal stakeholders;
主导美国 AI 团队与苏州工厂/实验室内部相关方之间的沟通与协调；
- Collaborate with process, equipment, QA, and yield teams to gather clear requirements and enable data access;
与工艺、设备、质量和良率等团队合作，梳理业务需求，推动数据获取与落地；
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution;
规划并管理项目时间线、关键里程碑与交付内容，确保项目有序推进；
- Proactively resolve roadblocks and drive project outcomes by coordinating resources and aligning priorities;
主动识别并解决项目过程中的阻碍，协调资源，推动结果达成；
- Collaborate closely with the US-based AI team to translate model outputs into user-facing dashboards or decision-support tools;
与美国 AI 团队紧密协作，将模型输出转化为用户界面仪表盘或决策支持工具；
- Communicate effectively with Suzhou-based process, QA, and equipment teams to gather UI/UX and system requirements;
与苏州的工艺、质量、设备等团队有效沟通，获取界面和系统功能需求；
- Build APIs and backend services to support real-time data exchange with Manufacturing Systems;
构建 API 和后端服务，实现与 MES、FDC、检测、量测等系统的实时数据交互；
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and cross-border development collaboration efficiency.
持续优化系统性能与稳定性，并提升中美开发团队的协作效率；
- Continuously improve the cross-border project workflow and communication efficiency.
持续优化中美跨团队的协作流程与沟通效率。
