2. Qualification
任职资格
 Minimum bachelor degree in Economics, Mathematics or equivalent working
大专或以上学历；经济、数学专业，或者类似工作经验
 Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in forecasting, planning, and analysis
3年以上预测、计划或者数据分析的相关工作经验
 Advanced knowledge of statistical and mathematical methods for forecasting
具有统计和数学预测方法方面的先进知识
 Excellent organization and communication skills
良好的组织和沟通能力
 Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
英语流利（口语和书写）
 Advanced knowledge of MS Office and BI tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI or Tableau, etc.)
熟练掌握办公软件及商务智能工具，比如Excel，Power Query，Power BI或Tableau等
 Strong understanding of ERP processes and connected skills
理解ERP流程并具备相应的操作技能
 Can-do & Willing to learn attitude

3. Responsibilities:
职责：
 Monitor inventory, determine the optimal quantity and timing of inventory for the purpose of aligning it with production capacity and sales
监管库存，结合生产负荷与销售状况决定补货的***数量和时间。
 Creating a forecast of demand on a regular basis
定期生成需求预测。
 Monitor movement of stock to ensure optimal levels of stock, without creating excess but in order to properly support customer needs.
监管库存的移动以确保库存维持在***水平，既不囤积库存，也能够及时满足客户需求。
 Communicate with regional sales team to understand the potential promotions/projects/campaigns so as to adjust the stock level, product structure and replenishment strategy to DC/3PLs.
与区域销售团队沟通，了解当地潜在的促销/项目/活动等，以调整DC/3PL的库存水平，产品架构和补货策略。
 Communicate with factory planning to organize replenishment orders for the DC/3PLs.
与工厂计划沟通，组织给DC/3PL的补货。
 Track replenishment orders to prevent any intercompany transfer issues
跟踪补货订单以预防将来公司内部的库存转换问题。
 Monitor and track replenishment shipments and the location of the goods and react on time to avoid possible problems
监管和跟踪补货订单的状态以便及时预防和处理可能发生的问题。
 Analyze stock levels for the warehouses on a regular basis and immediately inform responsible manager or departments within the company if an need for extra replenishment arises
定期分析仓库的库存水平，如果需要增加补货，立即通知相关管理人员或部门。
 Conduct various reports and analysis regarding stock levels, orders (approved, shipped and pending), products (activation / deactivation, turnover), and demand.
制作各种报告和分析，以反应库存水平，订单状态（批准、出运和待定），产品状况（激活 / 关闭，更新）和需求。
 Assist to draft and revise SOP of demand planning / replenishments in the region.
协助起草和修改自己区域内相关的需求计划/补货SOP。
 All the other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
