1、根据各工段（钻孔/laser，电镀，photo，DES，AOI，层压，punch，lay－up，SM，Lab等）的工艺要求和设备的性能而制定出合理的工艺方案，维护并不断的完善，进行有效的process control；

2、负责工艺文件的编写和完善, 保证所负责各工段的正常运行, 进行有效的process control; 不断的提高成品率和工作效率，主导各项试验的实施，报告给部门经理；
Responsible for the preparation and improvement of process documents, ensure the normal operation of each section in charge, and carry out effective process control; Continuously improve the yield and work efficiency, lead the implementation of various tests, report to the department manager;
3、负责指定信息化方案，负责各部门工作整合；

4、协助不同工位之间的合作
Assist cooperation between the different stations;
5、负责对工程师的培训，同时根据柔板生产部安排对督导、组长甚至一线操作工培训，并确认培训效果；
Responsible for engineer training, and according to the arrangement from production department to train supervers, line leader, even operators. Also need to follow the effectiveness of training ;
6、关键柔板成品率的follow：设计/标准review，制程优化，保持yield稳定上升；
Key flex P/Ns yield performance follow, design and process standardization review, process control keep optimization, keep improve the yield ;
7、针对成本的降低，组织和实施相应工段的改善措施；
Response to reduce operation cost through organization and implementation of the corresponding process improvement;
8、带领工程师在生产过程中不断的去检查和督促柔板生产部工人按照规范操作，并随时纠正，同时要防止工艺问题而影响生产；
Lead engineers in the production floor of continuous checking and supervising the flex production operatorss according to the WI of operation, correct the wrong operation anywhere/anytime, Prevent any process problems to impact the production shipment or schedule ;
9、负责各工段SPC项目的实施和监控,对SPC异常点进行改善。
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Section of SPC project, to improve the SPC outliers.
要求：
1、本科及以上学历（湿工艺需化学、化工、机械类相关专业，干工艺需机械、电子、自动化类相关专业），有经验者可适当放宽学历要求；
Bachelor degree or above (wet process requires chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical related majors, dry process requires mechanical, electronic, automation related majors),Those with experience may relax the educational requirements appropriately;
2、从事Flex工艺5年或PCB7年以上技术经历；
In the Flex process 5 or PCB 7 years technical experience;
3、熟悉ISO9001或TS16949 程序/IATF 16949，熟练掌握FMEA，控制计划，SPC，DOE;熟悉有害物质管理 ；
Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 /IATF 16949, master with FMEA, control plan, SPC, DOE;Familiar with hazardous substances management
4、优秀的英语听说读写能力及计算机技能:熟练运用Excel, Word,PowerPoint；

5、具有良好的团队领导能力及沟通能力；为人诚实、细心、认真、勤奋、敬业、有责任心、抗压能力强。
