1. Lead project, keep communicate with process, design, quality, production relative departments to achieve the customer requirements about good quality, delivery in schedule and professional technical support, should focus on following:
带领项目，与生产，设计，品质，生产相关部门保持沟通，实现客户需求的好质量，按计划交货和专业技术支持，应该集中在以下：
2.To review the DFM/Design/MCO when get new project, and initiate a kickoff meeting;
当获得新的项目时，审阅DFM /设计/ MCO，并开始启动会议；
3.To follow up the prototype building to meet delivery.
跟进样件制造满足交货。
4.To understand any abnormal, defect analysis, if design issue, work with design to fix it, if process issue, work with process and other departments if indeed to fix it.
了解任何异常，缺陷分析，如果设计的问题，与设计一起处理，如果工艺问题，与生产和其他部门一起真正的解决它。
5.To lead any customer complain in FA stage.
处理FA阶段任何客户投诉。
6.To summary the QIP and follow up the process troubles if be closed before next build.
在下一个批次前，总结QIP和跟进工艺问题是否解决。
7.Report to superior manager and finish the task assigned by manager

要求：
1.本科及以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above； 2.有英文读写能力;
Reading and Writing English; 3.掌握FPC工艺规范;
Familiar with FPC process rule;
5.熟悉并使用DOE;
Familiar and use DOE;
6.熟悉SPC 、APQP、MSA、PPAP、FMEA 5大工具
Familiar with SPC 、 APQP 、MSA、PPAP、FMEA 5 tools；
7.With flex process experience at least 3 years or above 5 years in PCB manufacturing.
Flex工艺工作经验至少1年以上在PCB制造业2年。
