1.根据各工段（钻孔/laser，电镀，photo，DES，AOI，层压，punch，lay-up，SM，Lab等）的工艺要求和设备的性能而制定出合理的工艺方案，维护并不断的完善，进行有效的过程管控；

2.编写工艺操作规范和作业指导书；
Write process operation specifications and operation instructions.
3.负责对技术员的培训，同时根据柔板生产部安排对督导、组长甚至一线操作工培训，并确认培训效果；
Responsible for the training of technicians, and at the same time arrange the training of supervisors, team leaders and even front-line operators according to the flexo board production department, and confirm the training effect.
4.主要柔板成品率的跟踪：确认设计和标准，制程优化，保持良率稳定上升；
Tracking of the yield of the main flexoboard: confirm the design and standard, optimize the process, and maintain the stable rise of yield.
5.协助leader针对成本的降低，组织和实施相应工段的改善措施；
Assist the leader to organize and implement the improvement measures of the corresponding section for the cost reduction.
6.负责新设备的调试和验收和公司的其它新项目（如TMC等）；
Responsible for the commissioning and acceptance of new equipment and other new projects of the company (such as TMC, etc.).
要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
With bachelor degree or above
2.从事Flex工艺3年或PCB5年以上技术经历；
Engaged in Flex process for 3 years or PCB for more than 5 years of technical experience.
3.熟悉ISO9001或TS16949 程序，熟练掌握FMEA，控制计划，SPC，DOE；
Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 procedures, proficient in FMEA, control plan, SPC, DOE.
4.了解有害物质管理；
Understand the management of hazardous substances.
5.英语听说读写俱佳；
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6.负责工艺文件的编写和完善，保证所负责各工段的正常运行，进行有效的过程管控；不断的提高成品率和工作效率，主导各项试验的实施，报告给部门主管；
Responsible for the preparation and improvement of process documents, ensure the normal operation of each section in charge, and carry out effective process control; Continuously improve the yield and work efficiency, lead the implementation of various tests, and report to the department head.
