1.带领项目，与生产，设计，品质，生产相关部门保持沟通，实现客户需求的好质量，按计划交货和专业技术支持；
Lead project, keep communicate with process, design, quality, production relative departments to achieve the customer requirements about good quality, delivery in schedule and professional technical support;
2.当获得新的项目时，审阅DFM /设计/ MCO，并参加启动会议；
To follow up the prototype building to meet delivery;
3.协同Leader跟进样件制造满足交货；
To follow up the prototype building to meet delivery with Leader;
4.协助Leader，了解异常，缺陷分析，并协同其他部门解决异常；
Assist the Leader to understand the exception, defect analysis, and cooperate with other departments to solve the exception;
5.处理FA阶段客户投诉；
To lead any customer complain in FA stage;
6.在下一个批次前，与Leader一同总结QIP和跟进工艺问题是否解决；
To summary the QIP and follow up the process troubles if be closed before next build with leader;
要求：
1.本科或以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above;
2.至少3年以上Flex工艺工作经验或在PCB制造业5年经历；
With flex process experience at least 3 years or above 5 years in PCB manufacturing;
3.掌握FPC工艺规范；
Familiar with FPC process rule;
4.熟悉并使用DOE;
Familiar and use DOE；
5.熟悉SPC 、APQP、MSA、PPAP、FMEA 5大工具；
Familiar with SPC 、 APQP 、MSA、PPAP、FMEA 5 tools;
6.具有良好的办公自动化技能，具有良好的英文读写能力，如果英语口语良好尤佳；
Familiar with computer skill,Good writing and Reading English, if good at oral English is plus;
7.具有团队合作精神和良好的组织能力；
Team cooperation spirits and good organizing ability;
