12.识别制程关键品质并建立控制计划，推动关键岗位人员机制建立。

要求：
1.本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先；经验丰富的可放宽学历。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred; Experienced experience can relax academic qualifications.
2. 3年以上FPC或SMT工艺或质量控制经验。
2. More than 3 years experience in PCB or FPC process or quality control.
3. 熟悉质量工具，6 Sigma, RoHS指令，IPC-6013/610, 8d, MSA, ISO9001,IATF 16949 等。
3. Familiar with Quality tools, 6 Sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8 D, MSA, and ISO9001/IATF 16949 etc.
4.具有良好的英语听说读写能力及计算机技能:熟悉Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint。
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and computer skills: familiar with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
5.具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力；为人诚实、细心、认真、勤奋、敬业、有责任心、抗压能力强。
