试用期基本工资5000元/月，试用期3个月，转正工资10000元/月（含五险一金）试用期满且考核合格，正式签订劳动合同，实行基本工资加奖金的薪酬制度。同时，我司具有完整的业务绩效考核机制，年底根据业务贡献发放奖金。
