Managing and executing all aspects of KDC audit services including planning, administration, staff scheduling, staff coaching, execution and closely monitoring progress to ensure Service Level Agreement is met
Managing a team of audit assistants, providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team members
Performing audit procedures for certain items of Income Statement and Balance Sheet, and communicate with clients on engagement process and resolve issues
Designing training programme and delivering training to audit assistants
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in audit service process
Assisting with the preparation of internal operational management reports and presentations

本科或以上学历
两年或以上大型会计师事务所的审计工作经验,具备金融服务相关审计工作经验者优先考虑
具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力
善于将技术应用到日常工作中
具备良好的团队和项目管理技能
具备良好的中英文书写能力及沟通能力
具备积极主动的工作态度和优秀的团队合作能力
灵活应变,能够同时处理多项工作

Bachelor or above degree
At least 2 years of audit experience in large public accounting firms, audit experience of financial service is preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Acute in applying technology to daily work
Good team and project management skills
Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Be mature, initiative with strong sense of teamwork
Flexible to handle multiple tasks at the same time
