Your Role你的工作内容：

Managing the day-to-day project details. To support our client and our team wherever needed. Our target is to keep delivering the best work.

日常项目细节的管理。客户支持和团队支持工作。我们的目标是持续地交付最出色的工作成果。

Key Tasks and Responsibilities你将承担起：

l Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of client service measured through client and internal team feedback.

有效管理项目，并能够持续提供高水准的让客户和内部团队同时满意的客户服务。

l Assisting client service director with writing proposals, briefs, presentations and quotations.

协助客户服务总监起草项目提案、简介、演讲文案以及报价单。

l Planning and taking responsibility with overall project timelines. Planning resources for each project with client service director.

负责规划和管控项目时间表。协助客户服务总监规划项目资源。

l Carry out all project admin, including market research, visual stimulus, mock-ups are organized and delivered on time.

执行所有与项目相关的管理工作，包括市场调研、视觉印象板、实物模型的制作和按时交付。

l Managing client feedbacks and expectations.

管理客户的反馈和期望

l Make sure all team members have appropriate information at each stage.

确保在每个阶段都能将客户信息正确地传达给团队成员

l Arranging internal and external meetings effectively and write meeting minutes in a timely manner.

有效地安排公司内部和外部会议，及时地撰写会议记录。

l Give support on pitches where needed.

需要时提供设计竞标的协助工作。

l Contributing and achieving revenue targets.

l Build strong relationship with client contacts. Understand clients’ organization and their business strategies.

l Ensure project requirements are organized smoothly and delivered on time.

确保项目需求能有序及时地得到处理和解决。

l Write case studies after the projects are closed.

项目结束后撰写项目案列分析。

l Take part in brainstorms and creative process.

积极参与项目的头脑风暴和创意过程。

Requirements我们需要这样的你：

l B.A degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing.

大学本科或以上，企业管理或市场营销专业毕业

l 3-5 years in Advertising, design agencies or marketing department.

3到5年在广告、设计公司或市场部门工作的经验

l Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

中英文听说读写流利

l Have knowledge of brand management and brand strategy, marketing strategy, research and FMCG.

对于品牌管理、品牌策略、市场策略、市场调研以及快速消费品行业有一定的了解

l Superior presentation and written skills.

优秀的口头演讲能力和书面表达能力

l Strong attention to details.

十分关注细节

l Strong project management skills.

较强的项目管理能力

l Highly independent with strong interpersonal skills.
