Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To provide secretarial support to the faculty recruitment committee by arranging interviews and candidates’ contact per needs;
2. To coordinate and organize academic seminars in AI for interview purpose;
3. To provide routine operations in application documents’ collection and screening, interview arrangement, etc.;
4. Assist in the evaluation process and draft the meeting minutes of each candidate interview summary;
5. Assist Dean and the committee in the yearly tenure-track evaluation for academic staff;
6. Support administrative affairs of other sectors within the School per needs;
7. To undertake other assignments assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Master or preferably a higher degree;
2. At least 3 years’ working experience gained preferably in a related field;
3. Strong organizational capability and adaptability, excellent communication, negotiations and interpersonal skill;
4. Customers-oriented and able to take quick responses for stakeholders, faculty, and delegate’s needs during the work;
5. Fluent English & Mandarin speaking and writing skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
6. Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team;
7. Mature, confident in handling complexity;
8. To have AI or related professional knowledge and overseas study experience will be plus.
