Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide Administrative Support for School Office Operations:

-Handle procurement, monthly reconciliation, and other daily logistical support tasks for school office supplies;

-Manage recruitment and oversee the School Student Assistant Program;

-Regularly update and verify information such as school space allocation records;

2. Support School Fixed Asset Management and Renovation Projects:

-Assist with school fixed asset management and maintenance;

-Support renovation project oversight and inspections;

3. Support School-Level Staff Activities and Procurement:

-Assist in organizing and executing school-level staff activities;

-Execute school procurement cycle (budgeting, vendor comparison, contracting, reimbursement);

4. Undertaking other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or above;

2. 1-3 years of administrative experience gained, preferably in a related field;

3. The ability to work independently, show initiative and be detail-oriented with multitasking ability in fast-paced environments;

4. Basic knowledge of procurement regulations and fixed asset management;

5. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments;

6. Fluent English & Mandarin speaking and writing skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
