· Ensure project strictly follow defined schedule.

确保项目严格遵守定义的时间节点；

· Ensure the realization of the new project KPI.

确保新项目 KPI 的实现；

· Will be tansfer to production manager position after SOP.

量产后此岗位会转岗至工厂厂长。

Duties & Responsibilites / 职责和责任

· Responsible for communication with project team and cooperation partners

负责项目组与各合作方的交流

· Responsible for project planning, implementation and tracking.

负责项目计划制定、实施与跟踪

· Leads cross functional teams to successfully launch of new products, to meet timing, quality and cost targets

领导项目组的各个职能部门，确保新项目成功投产 （符合时间、质量和成本预期）

· Constant enhancement and transfer of the know-how，enhance Change Management Process in new plant

持续不断的加强和传递知识点，确保工程变更的实施

· Meeting project milestone, preparing and leading internal machine set up, trial run, ramp-up and documents summary.

确保项目组达成一致的时间计划，参与主导和支持试生产等一系列活动以及所有相关文件的准备

· Documentation and reporting of project progress, escalation of critical issues

项目文档化并即时汇报项目的进展，上报关键性问题

· Close communication with Steering Committee and JV company team

与管理层和合资公司团队保持密切沟通

· Responsible for improvement projects on output, product and process quality and manufacturing cost, achieve annual profit target.

负责改善项目产出，产品及工艺质量改善和制造成本优化，实现既定年度盈利目标

· Proactively identify risk mitigation opportunities and process improvement

主动识别风险，实施风险消除，并做流程改善

· Ensure the safety and environmental protection in plant production and operation comply with relevant policy.

确保工厂生产运营过程中的安全及环保情况满足相关政策要求

· Plant team building

工厂团队建设

· Pass government relevant certification (e.g., white list)

顺利通过政府相关资格及新能源汽车废旧动力蓄电池综合利用行业规范条件企业名单（白名单）认证

Qualifications / 能力及素质

· Bachelor’s degree or above.

本科及以上学历

· Over 7 years’ experience in battery industrial (Prefer recycling of power batteries experience).

至少7年电池相关行业的工作经验(有动力电池回收行业经验优先)

· Familiar with relevant Chinese law and regulation for lithium battery industry

熟悉锂电池行业国内相关法律法规

· New projects launch experience and over 3 years project leader experience

有新项目落地经验及3年以上项目管理经验

· Over 3 years plant management experience

3年以上工厂管理经验

· Fluent English Skill (must)

英语可以作为工作语言（必须条件）
