Job purpose / 岗位目标
• Implement and ensure in line with Management System;
在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；
• Ensure the realization of the function KPI;
确保本职能 KPI 的实现；
• Ensure that process requirements are realized during process & equipment development before SOP;
确保在批产前工艺要求在过程和设备开发得到实现；
• Continue improve manufacturing process after SOP.
量产后，持续改进制造过程。
Duties & Responsibilites / 职责和责任
• Participate in new production line or project about Process and Mechanical development;
在新生产线或新项目中参与规划工艺和机械开发；
• Responsible for define process flow and Poka Yoke;
负责定义工艺流程和防呆技术；
• Responsible for analysis and implement PFMEA;
负责分析和实施 PFMEA；
• Continue improve process to improve efficiency and eliminate the risk （e.g., Quality, Safety, CT...）.
持续改进已有的流程,以达到提高效率和消除风险（如：质量，安全，节拍等等）；
• Responsible for analysis and resolve engineering problems, especially on Process and Mechanical.
负责工程问题的分析和解决，尤其在工艺和机械方面；
• Responsible for set-up and analysis Tightening, Kistler;
负责设定和分析拧紧, Kistler；
• Lead engineering team to ECR management when change related to process ;
带领工程团队关于工艺相关的工程变更；
Qualifications / 能力及素质
• Bachelor’s degree, major in Automation or Mechanical design in preferred;
本科学历，自动化，机械设计相关专业优先；
• More than 10 years of experience in automation industry;
工业自动化行业 10 年以上工作经验；
• More than 5 years of experience as team leader;
5 年以上团队管理经验；
• Familiar with at Assembly, Tightening;
熟悉装配打紧工艺；
• Good English skills (writing and speaking).
良好的英语技能（书写和听说）。
