• Ph.D. with post-doctoral training in cell / molecular biology, cancer biology or related field  

• Minimum 8 years of experience in biotech / pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience

• At least 2-3 years of direct management experience

• Experiences with a variety of molecular/cellular biology techniques, such as DNA and RNA manipulation, ELISA, Western blot, flow cytometry and immunofluorescence

• Deep and broad understanding of biology, cancer biology.

• A strong record of achievement, as evidenced by publications in high impact journals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide timely and open feedback.

• Ability to present experimental data to diverse audiences such as project teams and executive boards.

• Strongly self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; proficient reasoning skills in experimental design, data analysis and interpretation.

• Critical problem-solving capabilities, a flexible team-oriented perspective and ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaboration environment.

• Experience in immunology research or research of ophthalmological diseases is a plus.
