The Executive Briefing
Program’s (EBP) purpose is to deliver a world-class customer experience that
helps Sales build relationships, uncover new opportunities, shorten sales
cycles and increase pipeline. We provide an environment where Dell
Technologies’ executives and SMEs ‘listen’ to customers via a consultative and
collaborative approach, ultimately allowing for business-led conversations that
address our customers’ unique business challenges and objectives.
The Briefing Coordinator is responsible for the monitoring, assignment, assist in the execution of all briefings, meetings within the Executive Briefing Center (EBC). S/he will work closely with the Briefing Consultant(s), Sales teams, Customers and Partners. S/he must be of professional appearance, demeanor
and understand the importance of customer service as the face of the EBC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for customers such as ground transportation, lodging, dinners, sporting events and any other entertainment.
- Coordinate catering by working very closely with Catering Vendors and considering customer dietary/cultural needs for all briefings, events and receptions.
- Overseeall inventory needs for customer gifts and briefing supplies.
- Manage and maintain the digital content displayed throughout the EBC.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any IT/AV requirements within the EBC.
- Field and resolve all “day-of” agenda and logistics requests from Sales teams
and customers. - Interface with clients, vendors, facilities, security, and executives at all levels
of the company professionally. - Prepare meeting rooms daily (Agendas, Badges, Customer Gifts, Guest Wireless, etc).
- Work closely with EBC Housekeeper to upkeep the facility cleanliness and
coordinate beverage supplies daily - Maintain the Briefing Coordinator policy and procedure manual to ensure consistency with our Global EBCs.
- Any other projects specified by manager.
