杭州校区人事部现需一名人事行政实习生,主要协助负责学校教职员工的招聘和外籍人员的签证续签和转聘。招聘包括管理招聘网站(猎聘、51job、智联、领英、万行教师网),筛选简历,寻访合适的候选人,电话沟通,渠道拓展及开发,保证招聘质量等。
签证需负责外籍人员签证续签,转聘等。到岗时间:2025.2
工作时间为工作日7:30-16:30或8:00-17:00。
岗位要求:
1. 在校学生,英语,人力资源管理专业优先
2.良好的中英文口语和写作能力
3.有责任心,善于沟通,注重细节,团队合作能力
4.有意向从事教育行业职能岗;

OBJECTIVES:
The HR Assistant will take responsibility for the recruitment and expat’ visa work for Wellington College Hangzhou. The HR Assistant ensure an effective and efficient operation of talent acquisition for expat hiring including academic and Non-academic staff, supporting HR Manager in implementing overall recruitment strategy for Wellington College Hangzhou and work closely with Academic and other Non-Academic departments as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
1. In charge of the recruitment for local positions approved in both academic and non-academic team, and be responsible for employment process according to safer recruitment policy
2. Mainly responsible for mapping and identifying suitable candidates, phone screening, managing the interview process, supporting for offer administration and reference check
3. Maintain the local recruitment channels on daily basis
4. Assist the Recruitment Manager in building up talent pool and expanding recruitment channels to meet the hiring needs
5. Support for the Universities and Colleges affairs
6. Ensure safer recruitment in entire process
Visa for Expats
7. Existing expats’ renewal of work permit and residence permit for expatriates
8. Ensure all expatriates staff’s personal file are up to date
9. Support with expatriate staff onboarding process, make sure the communication with new staff smoothly and effectively
10. Maintain close relation with all local authorities
11. Other duties as assigned by HR Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above
2. Major: Human Resources management preferred or related subject
1. Language: Fluency in English and Chinese
Expertise:
2. 1 - 3 years recruitment experience ideally in a context that includes international staff
3. Experience of working in consulting, headhunting or similar background preferred
4. Knowledge of varied recruiting sources, channels & strategies
5. Rigorous approach to problem-solving
6. Ability to deliver excellent service at all times
7. The ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
8. Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people and interpersonal skills
9. Technology user skills sufficient to prepare reports in Excel and Word, and aptitude to operate appropriate databases
10. Ability to multi-task and priorities
11. Ability to work to tight timelines
12. Able to work long hours and occasional weekends for events
