Responsibility职责描述:
1、A deep understanding of the digital marketing, social media,e-commerce and experiential marketing；
对数字营销、社交媒体、电子商务、体验式营销有深刻理解；
2、Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets；
制定和执行战略计划，推动业务增长，实现销售目标；
3、Maintain market insights to identify trends, Able to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform ategory situation or campaign development；
保持市场洞察力，能够进行深入的市场调查和竞争分析，为品类情况或活动发展提供信息；
4、Lead diverse teams (external and internal partners) for integrated luxury/sports marketing；
领导多元化团队，包括外部和内部合作伙伴，进行整合的奢侈品和运动行销；
5、Understand client objectives and challenges, and propose solutions that leverage our services to enhance their brand activations initiatives；
了解客户的目标和挑战，并提出解决方案，利用我们的服务来增强他们的品牌激活计划；
6、Manage budgets, present performance reports, and nurture client relationships. Collaborate across departments for synchronized campaign execution；
负责管理预算，提交绩效报告，并建立良好的客户关系，进行跨部门合作，以确保活动的协调执行；
7、Occasional travel may be required for events and responsibilities。
根据需要随时准备出差并参加活动。
Required Skills任职要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,Technology or a related field；
本科以上学历，商务、市场营销、技术或相关专业；
2、8-10 years of experience in advertising,public relations or digital marketing,with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends；
8-10年的广告、公关或数字营销经验，对消费者行为和市场趋势有深刻的理解；
3、Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets。
有达到或超过销售目标的良好记录。
工作地址：静安区威海路777号301室/嘉定区曹安公路4499弄99号笔克创意园，两个Office各占一半时间。
