岗位职责:

1、根据公司的年度经营目标，参与制定并执行本部门的年度工作目标和各阶段工作目标；

2、负责组织制定生产工艺流程、工艺标准的制定和实施;

2. Responsible for organizing the development and implementation of production process flow and process standards;

3、负责新产品的导入与作业流程制作，分析、解决现场设备、工艺问题；

3. Responsible for introducing new products and creating workflow, analyzing and resolving on-site equipment and process issues;

4、负责制定完善岗位SOP作业指导书等工作；

4. Responsible for developing and improving job SOP operation manuals and other related tasks;

5、负责可靠性产品设计阶段工序能力分析、数据整理及分析；

5. Responsible for process capability analysis, data organization, and analysis during the reliability product design phase;

6、负责工艺优化、效率良率提升改善，降低质量损失成本；

6. Responsible for process optimization, improving efficiency and yield, and reducing quality loss costs;

7、主导样品、小批量产品工艺问题的分析和解决，提供改善方案；

7. Analyze and solve process problems of leading samples and small batch products, and provide improvement solutions;

8、主导新产品阶段工艺失效分析，建立岗位失效模式；

8. Lead the process failure analysis in the new product stage and establish a job failure mode;

9、完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

9. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

任职要求:

1、光电、电子、材料、机械以及通信等相关专业本科及以上学历；

1. Bachelor

s degree or above in relevant majors such as optoelectronics, electronics, materials, machinery, and communication;

2、8年以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业工艺管理工作经验，熟悉光学、光纤通信知识、光通信产品经验者优先；

2. More than 8 years of experience in process management in large-scale manufacturing industries such as electronic/semiconductor packaging, automotive manufacturing, and automation equipment. Familiarity with optics, fiber optic communication knowledge, and experience in optical communication products is preferred;

3、具备良好的计划、组织、协调、创新等管理能力。

3.Have good management skills such as planning, organizing, coordinating, and innovating.
