岗位职责:
1、参与制定、优化公司薪酬管理制度、执行落地工作;
1.Participate in developing and optimizing the company
s compensation management system, and ensure its effective implementation.
2、负责车间薪资核算工作,建立复核机制并持续优化完善;
2. Responsible for workshop payroll accounting, establishing review mechanisms and continuously improving the process.
3、负责分析公司人工成本产值及薪资体系的激励效果,提出薪资政策调整建议;
3. Analyze the productivity of labor costs and the incentive effects of the compensation system, then provide recommendations for compensation policy adjustments.
4、负责计件工资标准化,主导计件工资分析优化,推进计件工资核算系统化;
4. Standardize piece-rate wages, lead the analysis and optimization of piece-rate systems, and promote systematic calculation processes.
5、组织公司开展外部薪酬水平调研,保持薪酬对外竞争力;
5. Conduct external compensation benchmarking surveys to maintain the company
s competitive pay positioning.
6、组织开展绩效指标分解和修订工作,制定年度和季度绩效考核计划;
6. Organize the breakdown and revision of performance metrics, and develop annual/quarterly performance evaluation plans.
7、收集绩效数据,开展绩效考评,并对绩效考核进行分析汇总、审查;
7. Collect performance data, conduct evaluations, then analyze, consolidate and review assessment results.
8、组织各部门开展绩效沟通工作,持续优化绩效考核逻辑、制度落地。
8. Facilitate cross-departmental performance reviews and continuously optimize evaluation methodologies and implementation.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源、统计学等相关专业;
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher, major in HR ,Statistics or related;
2、3年大型制造业薪资绩效模块经验;
2、3 years experience in large-scale manufacturing wage performance module;
3、具有现代人力资源管理、劳动法律法规、合同法等方面培训经验;
3.Preferred candidates have training in strategic modern HRM , Labor laws and regulations contract experiences;
4、数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析,熟练操作相关办公软件。
