岗位职责:

1、根据公司整体供应链管理体系，负责物控管理体系的建立、实施及持续改善；

1. Establish, implement and continuously improve the material control system in compliance with corporate supply chain management framework;

2、制定公司级物控目标KPI管理规则，实现质量目标KPI分解和体系化管理；

2. Formulate corporate-level KPI governance policies for material control to achieve systematic decomposition and management of quality objectives;

3、负责物料计划管理，确保物料供应，产销平衡；

3. Oversee material planning to guarantee supply availability and maintain production-sales balance;

4、负责物料需求异常管控，及时处理异常物料；

4. Manage material demand exceptions and promptly resolve abnormal material issues;

5、负责物料供应风险管理，分析识别风险物料，会同采购部门进行风险管控，确保物料稳定供应；

5. Conduct material supply risk management, including risk material identification and collaborative risk control with procurement to ensure stable supply;

6、负责物料成本及库存管理，库存安全评估与实施，定期组织清理仓库呆滞物料，提高库存周转率；

6. Administer material cost and inventory management, implement safety stock evaluation, regularly clear slow-moving inventory, and improve turnover rate;

7、制订和优化分层分级的物控培训方案，打造具有高素质、高战斗力的物控管理团队；

7. Develop and optimize tiered training programs to build a high-performance material control team;

8、不断提升物控管理，降低公司运营成本、提升管理竞争力；

8. Continuously enhance material control management to reduce operational costs and strengthen competitive advantage;

9、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

9. Accomplish other tasks assigned by senior management.

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；

1.Bachelor

s degree or higher, major is not limited;

2、5年以上大型制造业物控管理岗位相关工作经历；

2.5+ years

relevant working experience in material control management positions in large manufacturing enterprises;

3、擅长多品种小批量行业的物控管理经验；

3.Professional in material control management experience in multi-variety and small-batch industries;

4、熟练使用SAP、MES、WSM等操作系统。
