工作职责 Responsibilities

1.负责新供应商准入现场审核以及体系内现有供应商年度审核 Responsible for the new introduced supplier qualification audit and annual audit of existing suppliers in the system ；
2.负责处理来料及生产线反馈零部件不合格问题，将不合格信息传递至供应商，跟踪供应商改进效果;
Responsible for handling incoming parts inspection and production assembly line report parts unqualified issues, transfer unqualified information to suppliers, follow up supplier improvement effect
3.市场供应商相关质量问题的分析、解决；Analyze and solve the market quality issue related with supplier;
4.整机评审发现的供应商相关问题解决，严重问题要求供应商提交8D报告；Solve the CQA issues related with supplier , support supplier submit 8D report for the serious quality issue;
5.负责新产品开发样件认可以及新供应商样件认可；Responsible for the new developed product sample approval and new supplier sample approval;
6.跟踪供应商绩效表现（PPM），淘汰绩效表现不合格供应商；Responsible for supplier performance evaluation(PPM) ， eliminate the suppliers with unqualified performance;
7. 完成领导交办的其它任务Complete other tasks assigned by the manager

任职资格 Qualifications

1. 熟悉铸造、机加工、液压、电气类零部件基本工艺过程；Familiar with the basic process of casting, machining, hydraulic and electrical parts
2. 熟悉质量管理工具，PPAP,APQP,MSA,FMEA,SPC …Familiar with quality management tools , PPAP, APQP,MSA,FMEA,SPC；
