1.5.负责新技术培训和指导，完成技术攻关。
Be responsible for new technology training and guidance, and complete technical breakthroughs.
1.6.统筹安排本部门的工作，更好的服务与产品生产。
Coordinate and arrange the work of this department to better serve the production of products.
2.任职条件 Qualifications for the Position
2.1.服从领导的工作安排，有从事本岗位的高度责任感和事业心。

2.2.熟悉并掌握本公司产品涉及的标准及更新要求。
Be familiar with and master the standards involved in the company's products and their update requirements.
2.3.具有大专以上文化程度。
Have a college degree or above.
2.4.从事石油机械产品产品设计开发工作2年以上优先。
Have more than 3 years of experience in the design and development of petroleum machinery products.
