岗位职责:

1、

-Attend and lead the promotion of facility
efficiency, capacity utilization and product cost-saving

-In charge of setting facility standard,
solving technical problems, improving product quality and production efficiency
during the whole process of developing new product/technological materials

-Analyze the root cause of existing facility
failure, propose predetermined and standardized action plan in order to reduce
failure time and cost of damage.

2、

-In charge of the draft and validation of
facility maintenance SOP

-In charge of diagnosing and solving facility
failure with technical guidance.

-Design and approve the preventative
maintenance plan/transformation plan for tools and facility

-In charge of technical reform of existing
facility, provide solid support service for production, assure the operation of
all facilities

-Attend facility plan and procurement
according to technical demands, propose technical requirements on new facility,
follow up installation and testing

3、

-Act as the leader of certain projects,
coordinate and manage the process

-Manage the full cycle of fixed asset
investment according to the maintenance standard and cost/people/resource
budget.

-Maintain great cooperation with equipment suppliers

-Discuss and communicate with suppliers on
new technology, be responsible for converting new tech to Danone practice,
assure timely technology iteration and problem solving
