岗位职责：

1.负责贯彻执行国家和上级主管部门颁发的各项技术规范、规程及强制性标准的质量管理制度，做好项目工程的质量、整督、管控、检验、验收工作全过程管理工作；

2.负责分项、单位工程质量评定，参与不合格分项、单位工程纠正和预防措施的制定，对不合格分项工程及时反馈生产经理并类出措施；

3.负责参与工程图纸会审和设计交底，负责组织检查工程材料、成品、半成品的质量，有权制止使用不合格材料；

4.负责现场班组和作业人员执行施工组织设计、质量设计、作业指导，各专项施工方案和技术交底的情况进行监督、检查。及时处理施工中出现的质量问题，每月及时上报质量月报；

5.负责组织质量监督、检查、自检、自纠工作，做好预防纠正措施的实施及质量验证工作，参与工程竣工资料的收集、整理移交工作。

任职要求：

1. 工程、建筑、质量相关专业，大专及以上学历，具备QAQC相关国际资格证书；

2. 5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上海外施工QAQC管理经验，2年以上QAQC经理管理经验；

3. 熟悉国际质量标准和法规，如熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系掌握项目相关质量管理工具，能有效监控施工过程，预防和解决问题；

4. 具有较强责任心和良好的沟通协调能力。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for implementing the quality management system of various technical specifications, regulations and mandatory standards issued by the state and superior authorities, and manage the entire process of quality supervision, control, inspection and acceptance of the project.

2. Be responsible for the quality assessment of sub-projects and unit projects, participate in the formulation of corrective and preventive measures for non-conforming sub-projects and unit projects, and promptly report non-conforming sub-projects to the production manager and list measures.

3. Be responsible for participating in the review of engineering drawings and design handover, organize the inspection of the quality of engineering materials, finished products and semi-finished products, and have the right to stop the use of non-conforming materials.

4. Be responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of construction organization design, quality design, operation instructions, and various special construction plans and technical handovers by on-site teams and workers. Timely handle quality problems during construction and report quality monthly reports on time.

5. Be responsible for organizing quality supervision, inspection, self-inspection and self-correction work, implementing preventive and corrective measures and quality verification work, and participating in the collection, sorting and transfer of project completion documents.

Job Requirements:

1. Engineering, architecture, quality-related major, college degree or above, with relevant international QAQC qualification certificates.

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, more than 3 years of overseas construction QAQC management experience, and more than 2 years of QAQC manager management experience.

3. Familiar with international quality standards and regulations, such as ISO9001 quality management system, master project-related quality management tools, and be able to effectively monitor the construction process, prevent and solve problems.

4. Have strong sense of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills.
