任职要求：

1. Bachelor OR at least 2 years of experience in similar position in sales, technical service, marketing, related with solution polymers: SBS,SSBR,BR, in market of PLASTIC MODIFICATION, to produce ABS and HIPS.本科学历，至少2年在与聚合物溶液相关的销售、技术服务、市场营销方面类似工作经验：SBS,SSBR,BR,塑料改性市场，生产ABS 或HIPS.

2. Desired Major related with chemistry, chemicalengineer化工专业相关，化学工程

3. Good communication skills, and negotiation;良好的沟通技巧，和谈判巧；

4. Basic knowledge of finance;有财务基础知识(calculate prices, discounts, margin价格，折扣，边际计算)

5. English: Desired oral and writing to communicate with the foreigners英语口语或者书面能够与外籍人员交流

6.工作地点：可以盘锦（双台子区华锦精细化工园区），也可以上海（浦东新区盛夏路169号），任选。

岗位描述：

1.Plan and meet budget;计划和完成预算

2. Forecast sales for the customers and markets assigned预测客户和市场的销售情况

3.Negotiate with customers price, and commercial conditions (Negotiation skills required).谈判技巧)与客服谈判价格和商业条款

4. Attend current customers and find new ones.拜访现有客户和开发新客户

5. Research the market and develop customers related with ABS, HIPS;调研ABS,HIPS市场，开发客户

6.Solve problems and follow the action plan解决问题并制定行动方案

7.Teamwork and agile response to changing market environment;团队协作，灵活应对不断变化的市场环境
