岗位职责：1. 负责学校的课程研发、教研，制定切实可行的教学计划和落实方案， 且具有先进的教学理念和方法。2. 负责学校教学的管理、教学质量把控、师资培训与评估，并制定有效的培训计划，不断提高教学质量。3、收集、整理、分析国内国际学校的相关政策、数据、信息及其他动态，定期输出提高整体教师视野。4、负责统筹学生事务管理，制定和完善学生事务管理的各项规章制度，组织、实施、 督促、参与学生手册的修订，检查学生事务管理工作。5、支持办公室其他行政工作，如会议组织、大型活动支持、招生、后勤等其他运营活动。6、根据学校安排，定期和家长保持有效积极的沟通，积极协助家校关系的建立与互动。任职要求：1.热爱教学工作，有教育情怀，做到以学生的学习为中心进行教学管理。2.教育及相关专业毕业，硕士以上学历，有海外留学经历（优先考虑），并且热爱音乐。3.具有 5年以上一线教学经验，8 年以上教学管理工作经验，英语可做工作语言。4.具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协调能力，有非常强的责任心和团队意识；5.熟悉欧美国际基础教育体制，对国际各类课程体系了解，并且有自己的认识。6.热爱学生，对学生、家长有足够的耐心和爱心。
