人工智能管培生 Artificial Intelligence Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

1.Utilize one-stop large model development platforms like Alibaba Cloud
ModelScope and Azure AI to design and implement efficient AI solutions.

2.Select, fine-tune, and deploy pre-trained large language models (LLMs) to meet
specific business needs.

3.Develop intelligent applications, including but not limited to prompt
engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) integration, and plugin
extension capabilities.

4.Create generative AI solutions and share intelligent applications via APIs or
web interfaces.

5.Evaluate and optimize the performance of machine learning models to ensure
efficient operation in real-world applications.

6.Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and annotation when necessary.

Requirements:

1.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data
Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

2.Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
suitable for AI development; familiarity with version control tools like Git.

3.Platform Experience: Experience with platforms like Alibaba Cloud ModelScope,
Azure AI, or similar, with knowledge of services such as model fine-tuning,
deployment, and evaluation.

4.Model Understanding: In-depth understanding of large language models (LLMs),
machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL), including their differences and
application scenarios.

5.Cloud Service Management: Ability to manage and configure cloud resources, such
as virtual machines and storage buckets, and expertise in resource allocation
and cost control in cloud environments.

6. Data Processing: Strong skills in data cleaning and preprocessing, with the
ability to prepare high-quality datasets for model training.

7. Performance Optimization: Proficiency in applying model evaluation metrics
(e.g., accuracy, recall, F1-score) and hyperparameter tuning to improve model
performance.

8. English Proficiency: Fluent in English(speaking, listening, reading, writing); capable of understanding technical documentation and academic papers; capable of communicating with colleagues in English on a daily basis.9. Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Familiarity with other mainstream AI frameworks or libraries, such as
TensorFlow and PyTorch.

2.Successful experience in AI projects, especially in natural language processing
or computer vision.

3.A product-oriented mindset, with the ability to design and optimize technical
solutions from a business perspective.

2、选择、调优和部署预训练的大型语言模型（LLM），以满足特定业务需求。

3、开发智能体应用，包括但不限于Prompt工程、RAG能力集成及插件扩展功能。

4、创建生成式AI解决方案，并通过API或Web页面分享智能体应用。

5、对机器学习模型进行性能评估和优化，确保模型在实际应用中的高效运行。

6、数据清洗、预处理以及必要时的数据标注工作。

【职位要求】

1、教育背景：计算机科学、数据科学、人工智能或相关领域本科及以上学历。

2、编程技能：精通Python或其他适用于AI开发的编程语言；熟悉Git等版本控制工具。

3、平台经验：有使用阿里云百炼、Azure AI或其他类似AI开发平台的经验，了解这些平台上提供的服务如模型微调、部署、评测等。

4、模型知识：对大型语言模型（LLM）、机器学习（ML）和深度学习（DL）的基础概念有深入理解，能够解释它们之间的差异及其应用场景。

5、云服务管理：具备管理和配置云端资源的能力，如创建虚拟机、存储桶等，熟悉云环境下的资源调度与成本控制。

6、数据处理能力：熟练掌握数据清洗、预处理技术，有能力准备高质量的数据集用于模型训练。

7、性能优化：擅长模型评估指标（如准确率、召回率、F1分数）的应用，能够进行超参数调整以提升模型效果。

8、英语能力： 英语读写流利，能够无障碍阅读英文文献和技术资料。能够无障碍用英文进行日常工作沟通。

9、沟通协作： 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能清晰表达复杂的技术概念

加分项：
