Principal Accountabilities主要工作职责：

1. Undertaking local statutory reporting, Corporate reporting, Tax return; egal/tax/GAAP/audit/internal control/Company Policies & Guidelines compliance;

2.Ensure Corporate,BG, BU and plant DOA are strictly followed in the plants in Food & HPC Segment;

3. Ensure business process/ policy / procedure in line with AFAP standard;

4. Coordinate external / internal audit and ensure proper document filing and audit trail;

5. Focus on business controlling activities;

6. Accurate and timely preparation and submission of Daily and Weekly KPI reports, Monthly corporate reports, Monthly rolling forecasting ;

7.Ensure the full compliance of legal/tax/local GAAP/audit/ Policies & Guidelines/Authorization Matrix requirement;

8. Undertake cash flow management to ensure proper funding with minimal financial charges and in line with Corporate Treasury requirement;

9. Research, develop and implement effective tax planning in line with Corporate Guidelines and Segment’s management requirements. Maintain good relationship with local tax bureaus;

10. Provide business performance update (including B/S, P&L, cash flow, detail cost review,variance explanation, etc) on a monthly basis to local management head;

11. Facilitate local strategic planning, management decision making support and assist in the determination of organizational goals and the strategies (financial/tax/legal) that required to attain these goals ;

12. Lead the Segment’s budgeting and forecasting processes;

13. Ensure proper cost management and budget control; alert Segment’s management on budget overrun;

14. Establish a strong and effective plant finance team, coach and manage the accounting team; ensure proper internal control and fraud prevention;

15.Perform contract review and engage in the pre/post contract processes to ensure proper pricing/business risk/credit risk controls.

Knowledge and Experience:

1.10 years of finance experience in multinational

manufacturing company and 3 years of experience on the position;

2.Well versed in manufacturing accounting and costing;

3.Meticulous, quality focused and good analytical skills, attention to detail, well organized.

4.Good knowledge of ERP system and Hyperion HFM experience preferred

5.Familiar with IFRS

6.Fluent in English both written and oral

7.Hard working, Fast response and Team Work

Education and Certifications

• University Degree in Finance, qualified accountant required
