INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
ASML, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.
ASML is looking for a professional who is passionate about building engagement, communicates well and quickly gets up to speed in a new environment. The mission of the Project Manager / Project Lead will be to drive operational excellence for Asia, specifically in Taiwan/China, by prioritizing and managing a large transformation ERP integration project from SAP ECC to SAP S4HANA with an aggressive timeline. The role is positioned in the Capability Center, part of ASML Business Services (ABS), a global business services organization delivering world-class enabling services to our internal customers in ASML. The Capability Center improves the rest of the ABS organization by executing projects to standardize, improve and automate processes and by bringing innovation. To realize our ambition, we aim to implement a portfolio of solutions together with business and IT.

SCOPE OF WORK
ASML is looking for one Project Manager to lead the CN Finance and ABS ERP Migration Project. We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing complex business transformation projects with a focus on the end-to-end processes. This position will be part of the Capability Center Asia team within ASML Business Services. He/she will work closely with the teams in Korea and Veldhoven and will collaborate frequently with Finance ERP Program as well as with the key users in the delivery teams.

WORK REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for the following candidate.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferable in the field of Finance or IT and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or support personnel.
Experience with SAP (ECC, S4HANA, BPC) migration/conversions is preferred. Experience with ERP migration is considered an asset.
Understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g. Market to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, ...) supported by strong technical acumen is preferred.
Strong understanding of ASML business processes is preferred.
Experience with implementation of business transformation, integration and change projects.
Experience in applying lean methodology with a focus on process improvements.
Experience managing a team or working in/with project team(s).
Ability to influence team members and stakeholders.
Ability to translate information to effectively communicate with all levels of the business.
Skills & Competencies
Developing project plans and completing implementation processes, including progress tracking, monitoring, change control, assessing risks, testing, and documentation.
Comfortable working in an aggressive timeline.
Driving execution of process and tooling improvement projects and lead larger-scale transformation projects.
Identifying, designing, and implementing global E2E processes / process improvements in order to achieve defined process metric levels.
Ability to quickly understand requirements to assist in identifying dependencies and blockers.
Driver to building awareness when help is needed or risks need to be presented.
Ensuring state of the art solutions (processes, tools, data) are developed and applied that deliver on the needed requirements.
Communicating effectively with all levels of the business including stakeholders, key users and all levels of management.
Liaising with relevant stakeholders in the E2E Service teams, Business, IT, Data & Analytic teams, Expert Advisory teams and Value Driving teams.
Multi-disciplinary & multi-cultural understanding, values differences and is able to bridge between different departments and people.
Showing commitment and flexibility (going the extra mile) while ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.
Being motivated and result oriented with a high sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Good English Communication Skill (Toeic 700 above)
Good E-mail instruction Writing in English and Chinese
Good at using Microsoft tools (e.g. word, excel, power point)
Able to collaborate with international teams and drive immediate effectiveness and efficiency.
Effective communication and social skills to deal with diverse cultures and departments.
Team player with a pro-active attitude, flexible and highly committed.
