2. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
3. Plan, coordinate and faciliate meetings, conferences, and staff engagements, including venue arrangements, meeting minutes, catering, PO, etc.
4. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
5. Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
6. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
任职要求:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
