Work scope:
1. Use company’s tool to reconcile manufacturing data from vendor / OEM with company approved data sources.
2. Communicate with vendor/ OEM to collect required information, follow up and resolve data issue.
3. Manage company group email, use company tool to consolidate data and generate standard template.
4. Can consult company employee for questions or issues arisen, but the candidate is expected to work independently without close supervision.

Qualification:
1. Attention to details as we highly focus on accuracy.
2. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both company team and our vendor/OEM.
3. Strong excel skills (proficient in excel formulas e.g. vlookup, sumifs). Quick learner to pick up other data tool such as Tableau.
4. Able to read and reply emails in English.
5. Able to work under tight timeline if work requires.
