Key Tasks:
- Guides employees and supervisors in HR related matters
(supports in decision making and acts as consultant). Leads them to the
right point of contact and promotes the full portfolio of HR related
services (e.g. payroll, data administration, recruiting)
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are effectively
communicated, understood and implemented across the business
- Guides execution of TMOD Initiatives and measures (e.g. Project
management) in area of responsibility
- Facilitate talent acquisition strategies and recruitment
planning to ensure timely and effective hiring
- Drive Leadership development and team development activities to
grow the capabilities and performance
- Guides employees and superiors in employee relations conflict
management
- Drive and advocate for a performance culture
- Other HR projects or tasks assigned by HR Leader
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree and above, major in Humana Resource or Laws
is plus.
- At least 3+ years working experience, good HRBP experience from
multinational companies. Demonstrates relevant HR expertise.
- Be familiar with HR professional knowledge and labor law, HR
policies and regulations.
- Good English, and skilled at MS office software.
- Highly collaborative, strong communication skills, agile and
open to new ideas.
