As a member of project management team in Shanghai site, the successful candidate will be in charge of the sales support (back office) for Direct Export market, especially Middle East market, in order to ensure proper implementation of our commitments and fully compliance of contract terms signed with customer.
作为上海区域项目管理团队的成员之一，候选人需要负责直接出口市场的销售支持，特别是中东市场，保证任务的准确合理执行，并全面遵守与客户签订的合同条款内容。
He/She will be the direct contact interface with our China/Global sales team, working closely with the production planning team, technical service team and the logistic department to ensure the perfect execution of the contracts under his/her responsibility. 负责与中国/全球销售团队直接联系，与生产计划团队，技术服务团队和物流团队共同紧密合作，确保所负责的合同能够出色完成。
He/She will be responsible for the liaison with customer regarding the shipment of goods, feedback customer voice to sales and supply chain team for continuous improvement.负责与客户沟通货物的运输，向销售团队和供应链团队反馈客户需求，并进行持续改善。
He/She will be responsible for the preparation and submission of bidding documents under his/her responsibility. 负责招标文件的准备和提交等相关工作。
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
A solid experience in the project management in the industrial field, energy or engineering would be an advantage 。工业领域有丰富的项目管理经验，能源或工程领域有经验的优先考虑。
Strong sense of responsibility, knowing how to manage a project to meet our business commitments.责任心强，知道如何管理项目，以满足业务需求
Skilled in project management, especially in multi-tasks and multi-projects management 在项目管理方面 ，特别是多任务和多项目管理方面能力突出。
Fluent in oral and written English is a MUST. 英语流利（口语和书面）
Team spirit, strong communication skill and interpersonal skill, organized and self-motivated. 团队合同，强大的沟通交流技巧，服从组织，自我驱动能力强
Good knowledge in Office and experience in SAP. 熟练运用Office和SAP
Working experience with Middle East customer will be a PLUS. 优先考虑有中东客户经验的候选人
