PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The order admin position plays a key role in supporting the business process from order to revenue, such as performing activities & follow-up on orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS:
1. Draft and negotiate trade contract with customer in both Chinese and English languages. Order booking, create purchase PO, outbound delivery and billing in SAP/SFDC.
2. Perform order processing activities proactively & follow-up on orders such as local purchasing, request from customer and factory on TFC/EUC/Shipping/ business docs reviewing/ LOC issuing etc. making sure all are done within the stipulated timeframe and in conformance with policies and procedures.
3. Demo management including demo order booking, shipment, stocktaking, coordinating with forwarder, logistic dept.,SVC and application for demo re-export and re-import etc.
4. Support and work closely with the factory order processing, sales, service, AE and back-office through e-mails or phone using Chinese and English languages to finalize O2R and daily work.
5. Other work assigned by the manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
1. BA or BS degrees in science or liberal arts with good command of oral and written English.
2. Must have good clerical skills and hands-on computer skills for MS Office (mostly Outlook, Excel, Word) and good command of oral and written English; knowledge and previous hands-on experience with CRM will be a plus.
3. Must be a service-minded person with high level of dedication; with great attention for accuracy and details, with good organization and coordination skills; a good communicator to communicate effectively with clarity.
